We represent plaintiffs who suffer from Parkinson’s disease and were exposed to paraquat, a highly toxic weed-killer. Several studies link long-term paraquat exposure to Parkinson’s disease. Paraquat is banned in many parts of the world, but commercial farmers and other agricultural workers in the United States have been using it for decades on crops like corn, soy, and cotton.

Our firm represents individuals who developed non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma after exposure to Roundup, a widely used herbicide containing glyphosate. Studies link glyphosate to an increased risk of cancer, particularly among agricultural workers, landscapers, and gardeners. We believe consumers were not adequately warned about these potential health risks.

Many gig work, delivery, and rideshare companies misclassify their workers as independent contractors instead of employees to avoid paying a minimum wage and basic benefits. On top of that, these companies force workers’ disputes out of court and into arbitration. We are actively investigating these companies and pursuing individual arbitrations.
