Sean has spent his legal career at the intersection of technology and litigation. Named a 2021 Elite Trial Lawyers Rising Star for his work, Sean and his colleagues developed a platform to pursue tens of thousands of individual arbitrations simultaneously, securing over $100 million in settlements.
Before founding Duddy & Czarnecki, Sean helped build the mass arbitration practice at Keller Postman. Sean litigated thousands of cases on behalf of consumers and employees, including consumers whose personal information was improperly disclosed by internet companies, low-income taxpayers who were deceived into paying for tax services they should have received for free, and delivery drivers misclassified as independent contractors. Sean also helped build and run the firm’s operations and technology infrastructure.
Sean also served as a law clerk for Judge Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Before that, Sean was an associate at WilmerHale LLP where he represented companies in investigations and litigation involving the Securities and Exchange Commission, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and other federal and state regulators.
Sean earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Ohio State University, graduating summa cum laude. He was also a two-time captain of the Ohio State Varsity Ice Hockey team and was a finalist for the NCAA Division I Senior CLASS Award.

Brian is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney selected as a 2023 Super Lawyers ‘Rising Star’ and ‘Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer’ in Washington, DC. A former Army officer with an engineering background, Brian brings a unique combination of legal, operational, and technical knowledge to solve complex challenges facing his clients.
Before founding Duddy & Czarnecki, Brian worked at Keller Postman where he represented plaintiffs in a variety of matters, including servicemembers harmed by 3M’s combat arms earplugs and veterans and their family members injured by toxic water at Camp Lejeune. Brian also established and led the firm’s data analytics and insights team, which leveraged technology and data science to help serve thousands of clients.
Before joining Keller Postman, Brian served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Pittsburgh. He led investigations into various federal crimes, including those related to national security and cybercrime. As a federal prosecutor, Brian regularly appeared in court and successfully tried five cases to verdict. Before serving as an AUSA, Brian was a defense attorney at Wilkinson Stekloff where he was a member of teams that won a multi-state consumer fraud class action trial and two products liability bellwether trials. Before that, Brian clerked for Judge Thomas Hardiman on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Brian earned his law degree from Yale Law School, and he is a distinguished honor graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He deployed twice to Afghanistan and was awarded a Bronze Star.
Brian is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.

Courtney serves as the Legal Operations Manager at Duddy & Czarnecki, where she applies her extensive experience in legal project management, technology solutions, and operational efficiency to elevate the firm’s client service. With expertise in managing complex legal projects, optimizing workflows, and implementing cutting-edge legal technology, Courtney enables the firm to streamline processes, minimize costs, and achieve outstanding results for clients. Her unique combination of legal knowledge and technological proficiency allows her to provide invaluable support to the firm’s attorneys and clients as they navigate the intricacies of the legal landscape.
Courtney earned her law degree, graduating magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington earning a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Sociology and Society & Justice.

Drew is an associate at Duddy & Czarnecki, where he leverages his litigation experience and his background helping consumers to provide the best outcome for our clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Drew played a key role in managing a nationwide docket of hundreds of complex civil litigation cases for a Fortune 100 company. In that role he conducted cross-examinations, negotiated settlement agreements, and oversaw cases through every stage of the litigation process. Drew also worked on behalf of consumers in product liability cases, where he collaborated closely with clients to evaluate and perfect their claims.
Drew’s commitment to protecting consumers began during law school when he served as an ABA Steiger Fellow in the Consumer Protection Division of the Iowa Attorney General’s Office. With the Attorney General’s Office Drew worked with consumers who had been defrauded and harmed. He also gained valuable experience working in chambers for a federal judge. Before law school, Drew worked in Washington, D.C. for a federal agency and on Capitol Hill.
Drew earned his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served on the Iowa Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, graduating with Honors in Political Science.
Drew is licensed to practice in Illinois and Iowa.
